Non-Profit Advance Group Reservations

Our 17,000 sq. ft. ice surface and Midtown Manhattan location make Citi Pond an ideal place for large groups. As a benefit to the community, we offer discounts to non-profit organizations and school groups. Call 212-661-6640 to book your reservations.

•  Advanced group reservations are accepted for a minimum of 10 skating guests
•  Reservations may be called in Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm or Saturday & Sunday 11am – 4pm, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event
•  Group reservations must be paid via a signed credit card authorization form a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event
• A valid 501(c)3 tax exempt certificate must be provided at the time of payment to receive discounted non-profit rates.                                                
• Off-peak rates for group reservations are not available from December 1, 2011 –January 2, 2012.
• Paid advance reservations represent minimum guaranteed attendance. No refunds are given for fewer attendees. If attendance surpasses the guaranteed number, additional guests will be charged on site at the Advance Reservation/Information Center prior to admittance to the Skating Pavilion. Acceptable forms of payment for additional guests include cash or credit card. No checks are accepted on site.
