Citi Pond hosts "FEEDING AMERICA", the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity, on site from Thursday, December 22nd until Monday, December 26th with themed "The Help" donation boxes located inside our skating Pavilion.  Come skate and help feed those in need by bringing in non-pesishable foods for donation. 

FEEDING AMERICA and DreamWorks Pictures movie THE HELP, have joined forces this holiday season to help feed Americans facing hunger.  Coinciding with the DVD/Blu-ray release of THE HELP, which took place on December 6, a national donation campaign is running throughout December 2011 to generate food and funds to help feed the 1 in 6 people in the United States who do not have enough to eat. The food collected will be distributed the local Feeding America food bank.  Please consider donating foods that are most frequently requested, such as cereal, pasta, rice, beans, canned fruits and vegetables, soups, 100% juices, peanut butter, canned tuna, chicken or turkey.
